Education is the most powerful tool for social transformation. Our education programs blend classroom excellence, digital access and vocational pathways so learners can progress from curiosity to career.
We design and implement multi-layered education interventions: infrastructure support (smart classrooms and libraries), teacher capacity building, scholarship and mentorship schemes, after-school remedial centers, and vocational training for youth. Our interventions are locally-led, evidence-driven, and aligned with national learning standards.
Current program progress against target milestones:
In Kalyani, a year-long pilot equipped three government schools with solar-powered digital labs, teacher training and a community learning program. Attendance increased by 31%, and the pass rate for grade 8 mathematics improved by 22%. We worked closely with local education officers to ensure content aligned with curricula and worked in vernacular languages to increase comprehension.
Key outcomes: higher engagement, improved teacher confidence in blended pedagogy, and a local maintenance committee for sustained operations.
