We deliver dignified, accessible healthcare services — prioritizing prevention, early detection and sustained care in underserved communities.
Our healthcare work includes mobile medical camps, telemedicine nodes, screening drives (non-communicable diseases, vision and maternal health), community health worker training, and partnerships with local healthcare providers for referrals and continuity of care.
In District Y, telemedicine nodes were set up in three primary health centers. Through monthly camps and virtual specialist consults, villagers received timely diagnoses and referrals. Follow-up adherence increased and out-of-pocket travel expenditure for patients decreased significantly.
Impact: faster referrals, better chronic disease management, and improved maternal health follow-ups.
“We can now consult a specialist without leaving our village.”
